Tips for Better Burgers
Follow these tips to prepare delicious burgers! Switch it up and be creative with toppings, too.
- Start with Goodness Grazecious 85% / 15% bricks or patties..
- If using bricks, shape into ¾-inch thick patties.
- Grill over ash-covered coals or preheated gas grill on medium heat. Grilling at high temperatures results in a burger that is burnt on the outside and uncooked on the inside.
- Cook burgers to medium (160°F) doneness– about 11 to 13 minutes.
- Turn once and never flatten the patty!
- For cheeseburgers, add during the last minute.
- Change it up with different cheeses! Try brie, cheddar, smoked gouda, muenster, or blue cheese.
- Get creative with flavor! Try wasabi & chutneys, mustards & mayonnaises, or salsas & hot sauces.
- Make it unique with unexpected toppings. Try grilled bell peppers, grilled onions, avocado, hummus, refried beans, pickled vegetables or kimchi, spinach or baby arugula.
